Alison holds an M.A. in Arts and Humanities Education from NYU and previously served as Assistant to the Dance Supervisor of The Lion King on Broadway. She’s the founding CEO of Aero Joe Pilates in Birmingham, Alabama, and the author of a wellness blog with 5,000 subscribers. Her storytelling career began through movement as the Resident Choreographer and Founding Artistic Director of AROVA Contemporary Ballet.
